The Locinox Volta Surface Mounted Lock with External Battery Powered Keypad is a versatile access control solution designed to add secure, keypad-controlled entry to gate installations. Combining a surface-mounted lock with a separate external keypad, the Volta system delivers reliable access management without the need for a hard-wired power supply.
The keypad connects through the gate profile, allowing for a clean and discreet installation, while the lock integrates seamlessly with the modular Locinox hole pattern for accurate fitting. Users can select, modify, or delete up to 100 individual PIN codes, providing flexible access control for residential, commercial, and shared-use environments. Powered by an energy-efficient battery set capable of up to 150,000 open and close cycles in all weather conditions, the Volta system operates independently of external power sources. The lock is available in two configurations: a single version with one keypad and free exit, or a double version with two keypads for controlled access on both sides.
