Latch Deadlock
The Latch Deadlock comes with a choice of traditional or standard lever handles, in 40-60mm fitting to a box section for metal gate frames. The day to day the Latch Deadlock has both the convenience of a latch and the security of a deadlock.
Fitting
To fit deadlock, it just requires two holes to be drilled for the lock bolts and a hole for the latch for the latch bolt. An important thing to remember before trying to close the latch is that the topper is the correct way so that it catches the latch. The bolt support plate is not needed if the customer is installing secure keeps. A drop bolt must be used with all double leaf gates to help support the latch.
Where would you use this?
The Latch Deadlock is Slim line 70mm, which is designed to fit a wide range of gates. Simple and easy to fit, can be adjusted to suit either left or right handed gates. Brass ring covers the latch to reduce friction as well as assist with smooth closing.

3mm Alan Key (Used to tighten or loosen the grub screw – put the alan key through the latch and you can reduce or extend the length of the latch)

Spindal (Sits between the handles)
Strike Plate (This is used to catch the latch – It can easily be bent to support the post.
