These high-quality self-closing half-height key clamp gates are an ideal choice for adding access points to a key clamp hand rail perimeter.
Key clamp, also known as a tube clamp, is commonly used to create hand railing systems or perimeters to prevent pedestrians from wandering into unauthorised areas, helping to prevent accidents or injuries. Available in 48,3mm and 42.4mm tube sizes, these steel gates can be seamlessly installed into a range of hand railing systems.

Uses

Specification & installation
Each key clamp gate has been made using galvanised steel tubes to provide a durable and long-lasting hand railing system. The corner tube fittings provide a secure connection and help to reduce rust formation by creating a tight seal to prevent water from collecting within the joints.
They can be easily cut down into a shorter width by removing the end tube and fixings, and cutting the two horizontal tubes to the desired length.
To make the installation of these gates as simple as possible, they are supplied pre-fabricated with the hinges fully welded.
When fitting this key clamp gate, the gate will need to be set into its closed position. Turn the hinge bolt half a turn in either the clockwise or anti-clockwise direction, depending on the direction of swing required.
Please note: Over-tension of the bolt will damage the spring.
