RB22 50MPH Crash Barrier System
Our RB22 is a water filled crash barrier system which can be used to create a secure perimeter or track. Our barrier has been vigorously tested to RB22 crash barrier system standards (VS EN137-N1 50 MPH) which makes them perfect for road works, construction and even rally/cart courses. These barriers weigh 600kg when filled with water, making them secure and ready for any impact from vehicles.
The barriers are manufactured from prime UV stabilised polythene. This durable material allows the barriers to withstand impacts from vehicles travelling up to 50 mph. A steel plate is used to bolt each barrier to the next one. This requires no heavy tooling and is quick and easy to set up whilst still ensuring that all the barriers have a strong secure link.

Storage and Transportation
These barriers can be lifted by two to four people when empty, removing the need for heavy lifting equipment. When filled they weigh approximately 600kg, so it is always advised to move them when they are empty.
As they can be easily stacked on top of each other it reduces the overall space they need for storage. By stacking them, you are not only reducing the storage space needed but also securing the barriers onto each other, therefore, preventing injury and enabling ease of transport for when they need to be moved.
