3.0m GRP Palisade Fencing Kit - Non-Conductive Security System
GRP Palisade products are a strong and durable product. This Fencing creates and provides a pragmatic solution that overcomes any corrosion; it is also quick and easy to install. This product is non-conductive which means that this fencing can be used in a variety of projects, where standard steel fencing would not be suitable. Examples of where this product can be found are:
- Power Stations
- Electrical Territories
- Marine Territories
- Train Stations and around Railway lines
- Chemical Areas
- Electrical Areas
Please note that our Palisade range does not come pre-assembled, and the components will need to be assembled on-site. For more information, please read our installation guide.
Features and Benefits
It is extremely effective around electromagnetic and thermal insulators as is it is electronically transparent, as it is not affected by electromagnetic fields or wave frequencies. Another benefit of this type of palisade is that they typically have a low preservation which means there is little need for reform or upkeep. The non-conductive properties of this 3.0m palisade security fencing also means that it can be used for areas such as electrical transformers and substations, where using metal fencing could increase the risks of injury or death by electrocution.
As these pales are constructed from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), they contain no metal which can rust and corrode, helping to reduce maintenance costs associated with standard steel. These kits are incredibly durable and lightweight, allowing them to be installed by small teams quite easily.
GRP Fencing also provides a high level of strength against attacks by would be intruders, helping to protect your site from thieves or vandals.
Our Pales have been independently tested & comply with the requirements for BS 1722-12:2016
Our system has also been independently tested & complies with the pull out test for BS 1722-12:2016
With this product we would only recommend using dig-in posts, and the reason for this is that the height of the fencing requires a more secure post to be used to its full capacity. We recommend that you order another post to conclude your run.
Our Palisade security fencing is self raking, and can accommodate ground inclines of 30 degrees. This makes it a stable choice for sloped property lines.
