Ground Socket (A17) Key Clamp Fitting for Size 7 Tube

This Ground Sock, also known as an A17 key clamp fitting, has been specifically designed to be cast into level concrete ground where it fixes a vertical tube used in guardrail or handrail structures with a set screw. The tube can easily be disconnected from the fitting when needed, just by simply undoing the set screw. Installing your guardrail system into concrete ground, means that it is fixed securely in place which ensures that it won’t fail.

Please Note: This particular A17 tube clamp fitting can only fit a Size 7 Tube that has an outside diameter of 42.4mm.

Supplied in galvanised steel, the Ground Socket fitting has an extra layer of protection against any weathering and corrosion that may occur due to harsh weather conditions such as wind or rain. The longevity of this fitting means that it requires very little to no maintenance after it has been installed.
