EnviroRail® Bow Top Play Sec Railing is a child-safe, eco-friendly fencing solution perfect for playgrounds and other outdoor areas. Designed to be a greener alternative to traditional metal bow top fencing, this railing system minimises resource consumption and energy during production. The Play Sec railings have been designed to meet the strict safety regulations in order to comply with the RoSPA standards.
Constructed from high-quality pre-galvanised steel, each 1.5m bay is formed by interlocking custom-designed components, significantly reducing the need for welding. This innovative design process not only enhances the railing's strength and durability but also contributes to a smaller environmental footprint. With a hollow tubular construction, the railing offers exceptional strength while maintaining a manageable weight for easy handling and installation.

How to Install Your Panel
- Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the desired location for the new cleat; this is dictated by the gradient.
- Open the hole to a 12mm hole size to take the M10 bolts (as listed in the step below).
- Touch up and spray the hole, if required.
- Attach the cleat using the M10 x 70mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (for 0.9m to 1.2m height systems) or M10 x 80mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (1.5m to 2.4m height systems).
- Attach the railing panel as per standard installation guidance.
Note: Please ensure the spacing relationships are followed according to the existing hole centres on the posts.
