Strict adherence to BS 12604 safety standards guarantees maximum stability. Even in hinge failure, these gates remain upright, reducing the risk of injury or damage. The modular functionality allows for adjustments, unlike fixed hardware. Additionally, fully welded gate hooks with fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
Available in various heights and widths, the gate kits come in both dig-in and bolt-down versions. The dig-in variant suits softer terrain, requiring Post Mix for secure installation. The bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured with four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post.
Compatible with our security locks, available now to add to your order, this gate kit allows up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post when correctly installed, with gates having a 50mm ground clearance. Consider an optional separate locking drop bolt for added security with the double leaf gate. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
