The EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Gate may appear to be a typical gate at first glance, but its distinguishing feature lies in its environmentally conscious manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique and laser-cut pre-galvanised components, this gate ensures a sturdy interlock during assembly, significantly reducing the need for energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach reflects our commitment to supporting customers who strive to minimise their environmental footprint in the production process, and it's a point of pride for First Fence to provide such sustainable solutions.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and then further coated with polyester powder, our gates ensure exceptional durability against harsh outdoor elements, providing reliable functionality for years.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

The EnviroRail® Gates provide a completely modular and lightweight solution, allowing for quick installation to meet diverse hardware requirements. They are universally handed, eliminating fixed left or right-hand specifications for on-site flexibility and streamlining decision-making during installation allowing installers to choose the most suitable configuration on the day. The modular functionality ensures adjustability, accommodating gate movement, a feature lacking in fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability. The fully welded gate hooks on the gate post provide fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.

Pre-drilled holes simplify the attachment of three adjustable gate eyes and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are provided to cover any unused holes, preventing water build up and enhancing the gate's appearance.

Designed for versatility, the EnviroRail® Flat Top Gate Kit is available in an extensive choice of heights and widths, including a double-leaf variant, ensuring we have the perfect gate for your needs. The gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post. Before purchasing your gate, a ground assessment is advisable to determine the precise gate post style needed.

Finishing Touches

The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation. The modularity of this gate range makes it compatible with all our security locks, also available from First Fence. An anti-climb Locking Plate can be added for enhanced security, along with a heavy-duty padlock.
