This versatile collection comprises kits for gates and railing panels, available in both single and double leaf formats. Offered in a range of RAL colours, these options seamlessly integrate with your current systems or corporate branding. Their adaptability for both bolt-down and dig-in installations ensures suitability for various ground surfaces.

The manufacturing process of the EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Gate reflects environmental consciousness, distinguishing it from similar products in the market. Utilising an innovative low-weld approach with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components ensures sturdy assembly while minimising the need for energy-intensive welding. This aligns with our commitment to meeting customers' preferences for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.
Crafted from pre-galvanised steel complying with BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional durability, withstanding prolonged exposure to challenging outdoor conditions. This guarantees years of reliable functionality while maintaining their aesthetic appeal.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and relatively lightweight solution for swift installation, accommodating diverse hardware requirements. Universally designed, they provide on-site flexibility without specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular design allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate movement, offering a level of flexibility that fixed hardware cannot match.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled for the straightforward attachment of the adjustable gate eyes and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.
Designed for versatility, the EnviroRail® Flat Top Gate Kit is available in various heights and widths, including a double leaf variant, ensuring we have the perfect gate for your needs. Our gate kits are offered in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post. Before purchasing your gate, a ground assessment is recommended to determine the precise gate post style you will need.
Correct installation provides up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, and the gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
Finishing Touches
The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
The gate's modularity makes it compatible with all of our security lock systems. Additionally, you can opt to include an anti-climb Locking Plate for enhanced security or choose a heavy-duty padlock. A locking drop bolt is highly recommended for use with the double leaf gate format.
