These gates, available in single and double leaf options, offer a wide array of polyester powder-coated colours. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, measuring 2.4m in height and 2.0m in width, provides versatile access control, allowing customisation between one or both leaves in open or closed positions. Among the taller double gates available, it accommodates foot traffic and small vehicle access.

This gate kit distinguishes itself through its eco-conscious manufacturing process. Utilising custom-made, laser-cut components significantly reduces the need for welding. The pre-galvanised components interlock to form a robust bond, minimising reliance on energy-intensive welding. While some welding is still necessary, it's notably reduced compared to standard products, making it an environmentally conscious choice for gate production.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution, ensuring easy installation for diverse hardware needs. With universal handing, they offer flexibility on-site without fixed left or right-hand specifications. This modularity gives an element of adjustability that fixed hardware doesn't give the user. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes, simplifying attachment for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes. A locking drop bolt option is also available as an add-on purchase and is recommended for a double leaf gate.

The kit comprises two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety standards for stability, even if one hinge fails. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, presenting fixed axis hinges.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse terrains. The dig-in variant suits softer terrain like turf and soil, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is suitable for harder ground surfaces using eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, available upon request.
