As part of the EnviroRail® series, First Fence proudly presents gate kits in single and double leaf options, featuring various polyester powder-coated colours. These gates are adaptable to different ground types, offering flexibility for bolt-down or dig-in installations, making them suitable for diverse surroundings.

Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, measuring 2.0m tall and 6.0m wide, provides versatile access control for both pedestrians and vehicles. This is one of the largest, widest gates in the range and is ideal for a broad gate or driveway. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel and polyester powder-coated for utmost protection, this gate ensures a prolonged lifespan and resilience against wear and tear.

This gate kit's eco-friendly design reduces reliance on welding by employing custom-made, laser-cut components. It boasts modularity and a lightweight build for effortless installation, with pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, conforming to BS 12604 safety standards for stability. In the event of hinge failure, the gate remains upright and secure, reducing the risk of injury or damage. This modularity allows for adjustability which fixed hardware doesn't offer.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for securing a gate or driveway, ensuring easy installation for various hardware needs. Their universal handing allows on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate in the kit comes with pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, along with included plastic hole plugs to cover unused holes. An additional locking drop bolt option enhances security and is recommended for the double leaf gate.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates comprise two gate leaves, posts, and adjustable gate eyes, meeting safety standards for safety. This gate is compliant with BS 12604 guidelines to ensure stability; if even one hinge fails the gate will still remain secure. The hooks are fully welded to the gate post, presenting fixed axis hinges.
