Our gates, available in both single and double leaf configurations, come in an array of polyester powder-coated colours, allowing you to easily match existing systems or corporate branding. This gate range is very flexible with options for both the bolt-down and dig-in installation, ensuring adaptability to most types of ground. Features and Advantages
The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate takes centre stage with its environmentally savvy production, using an avant-garde low-weld technique and custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components. This not only promises a robust assembly but also takes a bow to the eco-conscious, minimising the need for energy-intensive welding. It's something that resonates with customers who are now wisely requesting reduced environmental impact during the manufacturing operation.
Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional durability, withstanding prolonged exposure to outdoor elements. This ensures years of reliable functionality while preserving their good looks.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution for quick installation, accommodating diverse hardware requirements. Designed with a universal fit, they provide on-site flexibility without specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in case of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are securely welded to the gate post during manufacture, forming fixed-axis hinges that eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled for straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
