With its clean lines, it introduces a modern aesthetic while acting as a sturdy barrier, ensuring security in public spaces and preserving an inviting atmosphere.
In this railing collection, First Fence offers comprehensive kits with gates and railing panels. Gate kits, available in single and double leaf designs, offer various polyester powder-coated colours for easy matching with existing schemes.

While the EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Gate may seem ordinary at first glance, its standout feature lies in its eco-conscious production method. The EnviroRail® system adopts a low-weld approach, utilising custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised parts that securely interlock during assembly, significantly minimising the need for energy-intensive welding processes. This environmentally conscious approach appeals to customers mindful of manufacturing impacts, seeking products that reduce ecological footprints. This commitment aligns with First Fence's values, and we take pride in providing such solutions.
Crafted by First Fence's in-house team from quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates ensure durability in challenging outdoor conditions.
EnviroRail® Gates are a fully modular, lightweight system designed for easy installation. Universally handed, they provide on-site flexibility, accommodating gate movement, a feature absent in traditional fixed gate hardware.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
Each gate includes pre-drilled frame holes for easy installation, complying with safety guidelines. The kit includes two gate leaves, two hinge posts and six adjustable gate eyes. With three hinges per leaf, the gate remains secure, preventing potential injury or damage.
Available in various heights and widths, this gate kit offers both dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for installation in different locations. The dig-in option suits softer ground, requiring Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down option suits harder ground and is secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post. Assessing your ground substance before purchase is advisable to ensure the correct post format.
When installed correctly, the gate allows up to 30mm of adjustment with a 50mm ground clearance.
To enhance your gate, consider adding a Slider Kit for secure closure. The gate's modularity makes it compatible with all of our security lock systems , and additional security features like an anti-climb Locking Plate and heavy-duty padlock are available. A locking drop bolt is available as an add-on purchase and is highly recommended for the double leaf format.
