Environmentally Conscious Production: The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out by employing an eco-friendly production process. It utilises a low-weld procedure with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, ensuring a robust assembly while minimising energy-intensive welding.

Durable Construction: Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates are highly durable, enduring extended exposure to outdoor elements and general wear and tear. This guarantees many years of reliable use while maintaining an attractive visual appeal.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Modular and Lightweight Design: EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution for quick installation. With a universal fit, there's no definitive left or right hand, thereby simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular design allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate movement.

Safety Features: The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability. The gate hooks are welded onto the gate post, providing fixed-axis hinges to prevent any vertical movement.

Easy Installation: Each gate comes pre-drilled for the straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Versatile Installation Options: Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts per post.

The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation. In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive security solution. Consider a heavy-duty padlock for enhanced security.
