Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, standing at 1.8m in height and 6.0m in width, offers exceptional flexibility in access control. It allows the operation of one or both leaves in open or closed positions. This is a wide gate and is ideal for the larger gate or driveway.

Distinguishing itself from standard bow top products, this gate kit boasts an environmentally conscious manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, it incorporates custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanized elements that form robust connections during assembly. This innovative approach significantly minimises reliance on energy-intensive welding and resources. For those prioritising environmental impact, this stands as an ideal choice.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates present a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution, facilitating swift installation for diverse hardware needs. Universally handed, they offer on-site adaptability without fixed left or right-hand specifications. The modular functionality allows adjustments if the gates shift, which fixed hardware cannot accommodate.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each gate comes pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Additionally, plastic hole plugs are provided to cover any unused holes on the visible side. A separate locking drop bolt is available for purchase and is recommended for the double leaf,

The kit includes two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes (three for each leaf), complying with BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even if one hinge fails. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, presenting fixed axis hinges without vertical movement. The gates feature a 50mm ground clearance.

Offered in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in different environments. The dig-in variant suits softer terrains like grass and soil, requiring Post Mix for secure installation. Meanwhile, the bolt-down option suits harder ground surfaces such as concrete, utilising eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, which can be included in your order.
