The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit stands tall at 1.8 metres and spans 5.0 metres wide, catering efficiently to pedestrian and vehicular access while deterring climbing attempts with its height. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel and further powder-coated for added protection, these gates promise durability and a prolonged lifespan against weather and environmental damage. The polyester powder coating gives the gate a lovely, shiny finish which additionally helps protect it.

Embracing an eco-conscious approach, these gate kits minimise welding reliance by utilising custom-made, laser-cut components. Their modular and lightweight design simplifies installation, boasting pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt while adhering strictly to BS 12604 safety standards, ensuring maximum stability. Even in the event of hinge failure, these gates remain secure, reducing the risk of injury or damage.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and lightweight solution, simplifying gate or driveway security with effortless installation adaptable to various hardware requirements. They offer universal handing, providing flexibility on-site without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate in the kit includes pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, along with plastic hole plugs for unused holes. An optional separate locking drop bolt enhances security and is recommended for the double leaf gate.

Comprising two gate leaves, posts, and adjustable gate eyes, the EnviroRail® Double Gates conform to safety standards for stability, offering flexibility in heights and widths and adapting to different terrains. The dig in gate kit will need Post Mix to ensure a sturdy installation, the bolt down version will require eight M16 x 125mm ground anchors, both of which can be added to your order.
