Explore the versatility of the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Double Leaf Gate Kit, measuring 1.8m high x 3.0m wide. This double leaf format gives much more flexibility than the single leaf does in that you can choose between open or closed positions for one or both leaves, giving total access control. This gate is designed with a heightened specification, providing elevated security by making it more challenging for intruders to scale. With a moderate width, it is ideal for mid-sized gates or driveway openings.

Taking an eco-conscious approach, these gate kits minimise welding reliance by utilising custom-made, laser-cut elements. These elements form very strong bonds when they are pressed together during assembly. Their modular and lightweight design simplifies installation, featuring pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt while strictly adhering to BS 12604 safety standards, ensuring maximum stability. Even in the event of hinge failure, these gates remain upright and secure, significantly reducing the risk of injury or damage. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give. Additionally, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post giving fixed-axis hinges that eliminate vertical movement.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Offered in various heights and widths, the gate kits are available in both dig-in and bolt-down versions. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer terrain, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option suits harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Compatible with our security locks, which are available to add to your order, this gate kit allows up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post when installed correctly, with gates having a 50mm ground clearance. An optional separate locking drop bolt enhances security and is recommended for the double leaf gate.
