Introducing the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate range by First Fence, designed to seamlessly complement the corresponding railing system. Part of the EnviroRail® series, First Fence proudly presents gate kits in both single and double leaf options, featuring a variety of polyester powder-coated colours. These gates accommodate different ground conditions, providing adaptable formats for bolt-down or dig-in installations, ensuring suitability for diverse environments.
Key Features and Advantages
The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, standing at 1.8m tall and spanning 2.0m wide, is one of the taller gates in the range, and offers versatile access control, catering to pedestrian and vehicular needs. It's height means it will be difficult to climb. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel and powder-coated for optimal protection, this gate guarantees durability and a prolonged lifespan. Its polyester powder coating in a range of RAL colours not only gives a glossy finish but shields it from weather and environmental damage.
Designed with an eco-conscious approach, this gate kit minimises reliance on welding through custom-made, laser-cut components. Its modular and lightweight build simplifies installation, featuring pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt while adhering to BS 12604 safety standards, ensuring stability. In case of hinge failure, the gate remains upright and secure, reducing the risk of injury or damage.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for securing gates or driveways, ensuring effortless installation to accommodate various hardware requirements. With universal handing, they provide on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. The modularity gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate in the kit includes pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, with included plastic hole plugs for unused holes. A locking drop bolt enhances security and is recommended for the double leaf gate.
Comprising two gate leaves, posts, and adjustable gate eyes, the EnviroRail® Double Gates meet safety standards for stability, offering versatility in heights and widths. Available in dig-in or bolt-down variants, they suit different terrains. The dig in variety will need Post Mix adding to the order and the bolt down version will need eight M16 x 125mm ground anchors.
