They are adaptable to most ground surfaces as they come in both bolt-down and dig-in formats. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out from the crowd with its environmentally conscious fabrication method, which uses an innovative low-weld technique with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components that interlock to form very strong connections. This not only ensures a robust assembly but also minimises the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with many customer preferences for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional durability, able to endure sustained exposure to outdoor elements. This guarantees years of reliable functionality while preserving their aesthetic appeal.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution for rapid installation, catering to diverse hardware requirements. With a universal design, they offer on-site flexibility without specific left or right-hand specifications, streamlining decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in case of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond standard fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post giving fixed-axis hinges that eliminate vertical shift. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each gate comes pre-drilled with holes for straightforward fitting of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are also included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
