There is a diverse array of gate and railing panel kits within the EnviroRail® series to explore. The gates, available as both a single and double leaf format, are presented in a range of polyester powder-coated colours, allowing easy incorporation into an existing system or to align with corporate branding. They offer adaptability for most ground types by being available in both bolt-down and dig-in styles. Features and Advantages

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate separates itself from other similar style products by its environmentally mindful production, which employs a low-weld technique with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components that interlock and are pressed together, forming sturdy connections. This not only guarantees a robust assembly but also minimises the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer preferences for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.

Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates showcase exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements. This ensures years of reliable functionality while preserving their aesthetic appeal.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

The EnviroRail® Gates provide a completely modular and lightweight solution, allowing for quick installation to meet diverse hardware requirements. They are universally handed, eliminating fixed left or right-hand specifications for on-site flexibility and streamlining decision-making during installation allowing installers to choose the most suitable configuration on the day. The modular functionality ensures adjustability, accommodating gate movement, a feature lacking in fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post giving a fixed-axis hinge to eliminate vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Enhance security by considering a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.

The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation. The modular design of this gate range makes it compatible with all our security locks, conveniently offered by First Fence. Additionally, you can enhance security by including an anti-climb Locking Plate. For an extra layer of security, consider using a heavy-duty padlock.
