The kit for the double-leaf gate includes two hinge posts, two Play Sec Railing leaves, and six adjustable gate eyes. Featuring three hinges per leaf, the gate adheres to BS 12604 standards, ensuring safety even in the rare occurrence of a hinge failure. The gate hooks are securely welded to the gate post, providing a fixed-axis hinge that eliminates any up and down movement.
Pre-drilled holes streamline the installation of gate eyes and a drop bolt, complemented by plastic plugs to conceal any unused openings on the gate attack face, ensuring a polished appearance and preventing water accumulation. The design and manufacture of the EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Gate fully comply with BS EN 1176 regulations.
The gate provides a 50mm ground clearance when correctly installed, with the gate opening 90° in and out.
