Originally crafted from wrought iron, its time-consuming manufacturing process has evolved, making it more commonly available in steel or aluminium.

These gates, available in various polyester powder-coated colours, cater to diverse ground types. They offer adaptable formats for bolt-down or dig-in installations, ensuring suitability across different environments.

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, standing at 1.5 meters tall and 5.0 meters wide, allows flexible access control catering to both pedestrians and vehicles. It is one of the wider gates in the double leaf range and is ideal for a broad drive or gateway. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel which conforms to BS EN 10346, and powder-coated for maximum protection, this gate promises longevity and resilience. A polyester powder coating in a selection of RAL colours not only grants a glossy finish but also shields the gate from weather and environmental damage.

This gate kit's eco-conscious design reduces reliance on welding through custom-made, laser-cut components. It provides modularity and lightweight construction for easy installation, featuring pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Moreover, it adheres to BS 12604 safety standards for stability, ensuring that even if one hinge fails, the gate remains upright and secure, minimising the risk of injury or damage.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for securing a gate or driveway, facilitating easy installation for various hardware needs. With universal handing, they offer on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate in the kit comes with pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates include two gate leaves, posts, and adjustable gate eyes, meeting safety standards for stability. They offer versatility in heights and widths, available in dig-in or bolt-down variants suitable for different terrains. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
