Available in many heights and widths and both bolt-down and dig-in installations, they ensure versatility across most ground surfaces and terrains. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out with its environmentally conscious manufacturing approach, harnessing an innovative low-weld technique with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components. During production these elements are pressed together, which ensures not only a robust assembly but also lowers the need for energy-intensive welding, which will align with many customers' preference for reduced manufacturing environmental impact.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates possess remarkable durability, able to endure prolonged exposure to outdoor elements and general wear and tear. This guarantees years of dependable utility while maintaining their visual allure.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a lightweight, modular solution for rapid installation of a range of hardware. With their universal design, they provide the customer with on-site flexibility, without specific left or right-hand specifications, which will streamline decision-making during installation. The modular functionality enables effortless adjustments in the event of gate movement, offering flexibility that conventional fixed hardware cannot match.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
