In the EnviroRail® series, you'll find a variety of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, offered in single and double leaf designs, come in a range of polyester powder-coated colours, allowing easy integration with current systems or existing corporate branding. They are adjustable for both bolt-down and dig-in installations, providing flexibility on various ground surfaces and terrains. Key Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate differentiates itself through a novel, environmentally-conscious production process. Despite its standard appearance, it utilises a low-weld technique, incorporating custom laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This ensures not only robust assembly when pressed together, but also lessens the need for welding which is energy-intensive. This aligns with the preferences of many customers who seek a minimised environmental impact in the manufacturing process.

Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel which meets BS 10346 standard, and coated with polyester powder, our gates are able to withstand the harsh weather conditions that face a product permanently sited outdoors. This guarantees years of dependable functionality while preserving their looks. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight gate solution, enabling rapid installation to meet a range of hardware needs. With its universal design, This gate provides flexibility on-site without left or right-hand specifications, which simplifies decision-making during installation. The modular utility allows for easy adjustments in the event of any gate movement, something that isn't possible with fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a single hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical shift.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
