Introducing our latest product line, the EnviroRail® Flat Top Gate, designed to work perfectly with the popular EnviroRail® Flat Top Railings at First Fence.
This versatile range includes gate and railing panel kits, available in single and double leaf configurations. Customers can choose from a variety of polyester powder-coated colours to match their existing systems or company branding. The gates are adaptable for both bolt-down and dig-in installations, providing versatility across different ground surfaces. Features and Benefits
The EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Gate distinguishes itself from its competitors through an environmentally conscious production method, employing a novel low-weld technique with bespoke laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This ensures a robust assembly while minimising the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer preferences for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.
Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates show great durability, enduring continuous exposure to harsh weather conditions. This guarantees years of reliable functionality while maintaining their aesthetic appeal.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution for quick installation, accommodating diverse hardware requirements. Designed with a universal fit, they provide on-site flexibility without specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in case of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the unlikely event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post giving fixed-axis hinges that eradicate vertical movement. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
Each gate comes pre-drilled for straightforward attachment of three adjustable gate eyes and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts per post.
The modularity of this gate range means it is compatible with all our security locks, which are also available from First Fence. An anti-climb Locking Plate can also be added to this selection. Consider enhancing security further with a heavy-duty padlock.
In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Enhance security by considering a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
