The Flat Top Railings, also referred to as flat handrails or flat bar railings, offer a contemporary railing system suitable for a whole host of locations. Known for their flat, horizontally-oriented top surface, these railings boast a modern design, transforming conventional fencing into an attractive and decorative structure. The clean, plain flat top line enhances its visual appeal, striking a lovely balance between functionality and a welcoming atmosphere, making them ideal for both public and residential spaces.

The EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Gate stands out in the market due to its environmentally conscious production process. Using a low-weld method, this system incorporates specially crafted, laser-cut pre-galvanised parts that interlock during assembly, reducing the need for energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly choice resonates with customers concerned about minimising environmental impact during production.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements and ensuring years of reliable functionality.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

The EnviroRail® Gates offer a fully modular and lightweight solution, facilitating quick installation to meet diverse hardware requirements. They are universally handed, eliminating fixed left or right-hand specifications for on-site flexibility and streamlining decision-making during installation. The modular functionality ensures adjustability, accommodating gate movement, a feature lacking in fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability in the unlikely event of a hinge failure. Moreover, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, providing fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each gate arrives with pre-drilled holes, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are provided to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Designed for versatility, the EnviroRail® Flat Top Gate Kit is available in various heights and widths, including a double-leaf variant, ensuring a perfect gate for your needs. The gate kits are offered in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations.

The modularity of this gate range makes it compatible with all our security locks, available from First Fence. An anti-climb Locking Plate can also enhance security, along with the option of a heavy-duty padlock.
