Within the EnviroRail® series, we take pride in presenting a huge range of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, available in both single and double leaf options and a wide choice of height and width, come in a good selection of polyester powder-coated colours, ensuring a simple integration with any existing systems or corporate branding. Their adaptability extends to both bolt-down and dig-in installations, providing versatility across various ground surfaces. Features and Benefits
The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out for its environmentally conscious production through an innovative manufacturing process. Despite its standard appearance, it employs a low-weld technique, incorporating custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components. This not only creates robust bonds during assembly but also reduces the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer preferences for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.
Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit superb durability, enduring prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor weather. This ensures years of reliable functionality while maintaining their visual appeal over time.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution, enabling quick installation of a range of gate hardware. Featuring a universal design, they offer on-site flexibility without requiring specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for effortless adjustments in case of gate shifts, offering flexibility beyond traditional fixed hardware.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. This gate has fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, offering ease of installation.
Available in many heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, applicable for installation in varying locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
