Our gates, available in both single and double leaf formats, feature a rich palette of polyester powder-coated colours, ensuring a harmonious integration with existing systems or any corporate branding. They are versatile for both bolt-down and dig-in installations, ensuring compatibility with most ground surfaces. Key Features and Advantages
Despite its seemingly standard appearance, the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate separates itself from other gates in the market due to its environmentally mindful manufacturing. Using an innovative, low-weld technique, the system skilfully incorporates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, which form robust connections when pressed firmly together, therefore minimising the need for energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach aligns with many customer preferences for reducing environmental impact during manufacture.
Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates have robust durability, enduring prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor elements and wear and tear, ensuring years of faithful operation.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight gate solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With a universal form, they provide on-site flexibility without needing particular left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate movement, providing flexibility that is beyond fixed hardware.
The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Additionally, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
All gates have a fully modular locking ability and are compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
