The gates are crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates boast exceptional durability, capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring reliable functionality for years to come. Once installed, they require little in the way of maintenance. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The EnviroRail® Gates offer a fully modular, lightweight solution, facilitating swift installation for various hardware. Universally handed, they provide on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the attachment of three hinges (per leaf) and a drop bolt, with included plastic hole plugs to cover any unused holes on the attack face. You can add a locking drop bolt to your order, this is recommended for a double leaf gate.
The kit comprises two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability even if one hinge fails. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, and plastic inserts for the open box sections are provided.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, catering to installation needs in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for a secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, utilising eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, available for addition to your order.
