First Fence is delighted to introduce the latest product: the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Gate series, co-ordinating perfectly with our EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing collection.

Within the EnviroRail® series, we present an assortment of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, usefully available in single and double leaf configurations, can be selected in a spectrum of RAL colours for easy assimilation with an existing system. These gates are suitable for both bolt-down and dig-in fixing, ensuring compatibility with most ground materials. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, while maintaining a seemingly standard appearance, stands out in the market due to its environmentally mindful production process. Employing a low-weld technique, the system incorporates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, forming robust bonds when pressed together, thereby lowering the need for energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach aligns with customer preferences for reducing environmental impact during manufacturing and it is something we are proud to offer.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates showcase exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring years of reliable functionality. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With a universal design, they provide on-site flexibility without the necessity for specific left or right-hand directions, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a single hinge failure. Furthermore, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating vertical movement.

Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

This gate has fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
