Known for its allure and decorative appeal, the Bow Top Railing features a graceful curvature on the top of the rail, not only enhancing structural aesthetics but also serving a practical function. Despite its ornamental design, this product serves as an effective barrier, finding versatile applications across parks, schools, commercial, and residential properties, offering security to public spaces while preserving an inviting ambiance.

Features and Benefits
While EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing may resemble a standard bay, its construction utilises a low-weld technique, making it an environmentally conscious system. This method employs custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components that create robust bonds when pressed together, eliminating the need for high-energy, resource-intensive welding.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
Our gates are crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards, subsequently coated with polyester powder. These treatments ensure the product's durability, enabling it to withstand the challenges of outdoor permanence.
EnviroRail® Gates present a fully modular, lightweight system equipped with various hardware for swift and straightforward installation. Universally handed, these gates offer on-site flexibility, allowing selection of the preferable leaf orientation. The modularity offers adjustability in case the gate moves, which fixed hardware doesn't allow.
Each gate comes with pre-drilled frame holes, designed for easy installation of three hinges and a drop bolt. The gate includes plastic hole plugs for unused holes, enhancing its appearance. This fully modular gate works perfectly with our security lock range, why not add one to your order? A locking drop bolt is available also for purchase separately.
The kit comprises an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, conforming to BS 12604 safety guidelines. With three hinges, the gate remains secure even if one fails, preventing potential injury or damage. The gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various heights and widths, this gate kit offers both dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in option suits softer ground like soil or grass, requiring Post Mix for post stability. Meanwhile, the bolt-down option suits harder ground and is secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
First Fence also offers a selection of EnviroRail® Railings and Estate Railings and Gates for purchase.
All EnviroRail gates come with a UniSlide kit, a secure and durable sliding system for smooth functionality. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a durable slider with an integrated handle set and fixings, and essential installation hardware such as a 2.5mm Allen key, plastic ribbed plugs, shear nuts, and M8 square cup head bolts (110mm, 90mm, 75mm, and 65mm) for compatibility across various gate models.
