The FirstLine® 2.2m High x 4.0m Wide Double Swing Barrier with High-Level Swing Arm Kit is a comprehensive access control solution designed for high-traffic environments that require both physical security and height restriction. This robust system features a dual-leaf swing gate paired with a high-level swing arm and nudge bar, making it an ideal choice for securing industrial estates, distribution centres, and commercial yards where controlling the entry of over-height vehicles is essential.

Constructed from high-quality pre-galvanised steel, this double swing gate barrier is designed to withstand heavy traffic and the tough British weather. The integrated High-Level Swing Arm Kit enhances visibility for HGV drivers seated in elevated cabs, helping to reduce the likelihood of accidental impacts on site. The galvanising process applies a durable zinc coating that resists rust and corrosion, delivering a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution.
Versatile Dual-Leaf Operation
The double-leaf configuration provides excellent flexibility for wide access points. Whether controlling a two-way haulage route or a large warehouse entrance, the two arms can be operated individually or together.

Security is central to the design. The barrier incorporates a Unislide double-slider padlockable gate kit alongside a blank locking plate. This modular setup makes it easy to upgrade or replace the lock kit using pre-lasered fixing points.
- Central Locking: A durable sliding bolt mechanism holds both leaves securely in place. A heavy-duty padlock can be added for enhanced protection.
- Precision Alignment: Adjustable gate eyes allow for accurate central alignment during installation.
Installation and Customisation
- Dig-In Ground Mounting: Best suited to new installations or locations with softer ground conditions. Posts are embedded deep into concrete foundations to provide maximum resistance to leverage. We recommend using 4 bags of Post Mix per post (sold separately).
- Bespoke Finishes: Supplied in high-visibility Safety Yellow, Emergency Red, or custom RAL colours to align with corporate branding or meet local planning requirements.
- Catch Kits: To help prevent wind damage and reduce strain on the hinges, we include catch post kits. These securely hold the gates in a fully open position during operational hours.
