Cranked Supports
Our Cranked Supports can be used to install Rotating Spike systems over fencing, walls and gates. Having Rotating Spikes fitted to your fencing system is an excellent way to prevent intrusion due to their intimidating appearance.

Manufactured from high-strength aluminium, our Cranked Supports are produced from a 40mm x 8mm steel bar which is then galvanised to EN ISO 1461 which therefore gives these Supports a strong resistance against weathering and corrosion, making them long-lasting and requiring little to no maintenance once installed.
Where are Rotating Spikes commonly used?
Rotating Spikes are ideal for areas that require high security protection against intruders. This includes:

- Industrial estates

- Industrial or warehouses
- Any area or business that requires a high-level intruder prevention
Installation Guidance
The 45-degree angle of the supports means that they are able to be fixed inside the perimeter wall, fence or gate, which therefore makes tampering very difficult. This angle also enables you to install the spike within, further than, or central to the boundary.
The Cranked Supports include two slots which are used for fixing the supports to walls or posts, as well as a 27mm diameter hole to insert the central shaft.
Please note that the fixings are available separately and it is recommended that the maximum span between the supports is 2 metres.
