CP.BISONOTI In-Built Control Panel for BISON Motors
The system features an integrated LCD display and includes a 433.92 MHz 64-code radio receiver that supports three encoding systems: Advanced Rolling Code, Rolling Code, and Fixed Code. It also comes with removable terminal boards, providing options for automatic, semi-automatic, and deadman’s logic to ensure flexible operation.
The system includes an encoder input for obstacle detection, along with motor limit switch inputs for accurate control. Users can easily access functions for open, close, pedestrian, step-by-step, and stop. It supports inputs for four pairs of photocells, which can be programmed to activate during both the opening-closing and closing phases, featuring PHOTO TEST logic. Additionally, there are inputs for N.C. or 8K2 sensitive edges and a safety sensor.
The design is preconfigured for inverter connection and includes an output for a gate open indicator. Additionally, it has a configurable output for a service light, area light, or second radio channel, as well as a photocell testing output. The system supports automatic setting of operating parameters and electronic motor torque adjustment, with adjustable slow-down systems that enhance safety.
Electronic braking ensures a precise stop, even with heavy doors, and the Advantouch system facilitates parameter configuration and management of radio transmitters. The system keeps track of the number of manoeuvres and includes a programming access password and maintenance warning functionality.
