The strong water filled Evo Barrier system is a great addition to any safety requirement in the workplace. They can be used as a temporary diversion or a permanent fixture so regardless of what you need them for, they will be incredibly useful for a long period of time.

These heavy-duty barriers are lightweight when emptied so can easily be transported to different locations. However, when full, they are very heavy and will firmly stay in the position you place them. Stability is paramount for any effective barrier system.

The Evo Barrier addresses this concern with its intelligently designed base. The wide footprint provides a firm foundation, preventing tipping or movement even on uneven surfaces. For enhanced security in windy conditions, the base features integrated channels that can be filled with sand or water. This added weight significantly bolsters barrier stability, ensuring it remains firmly in place.

Standing at 1000mm wide and 555mm high, the Evo Barrier provides a clear physical barrier, effectively deterring unauthorised access and guiding pedestrian flow.

The Evo Barriers are made from UV MDPE which makes them long-lasting. Our evo safety barriers have been MIRA tested, in our testing we used 3 x 1.0m Evo Barriers, filled to the waterline, that were fitted with mini mesh panels and they with stood winds up to 55mph.

The barriers come in two colours, red and white, the two contrasting colours allow them to be bold and stand out in any environment. This makes them ideal for construction sites as they can clearly be differentiated from building traffic.

The Evo Barrier System caters to a wide range of applications. You do also have the option of adding either a mesh or reflective panel onto your barriers. If you would require this, please inform us when you are placing the order, so we can add the drilled holes into the barriers for you. Additionally, the Evo Barrier System boasts three different size options including Evo 80 and 1.5m Evo. These sizes can be effortlessly combined to create barriers of variable heights, catering to specific project requirements.

Storage and Transport

The purposefully designed weight of the Evo Barrier allows you to easily handle them when empty and you can easily fill them when needed. They fold away neatly and can easily be stacked on top of each other for a secure and tidy environment.
