The Bambura® Advanced deck trim is a high-performance, co-extrusion WPC product, a major upgrade in durability and aesthetics.
What is Co-Extrusion? This trim is built with a multi-layered construction. Its solid core is a blend of recycled bamboo fibres and plastic (HDPE), offering the beauty of wood with the resistance of a composite. Crucially, this core is completely wrapped in a durable, 360° polymer shell (the cap) that's simultaneously moulded onto the core during manufacturing. This protective shell acts as a shield, making the Advanced Trim superior to first-generation WPC.
Ultimate Weather Resistance: The 360° cap dramatically reduces water absorption, preventing the core from cracking, warping, and rotting.
Fade Resistance: Enhanced UV protection keeps the colour stable and vibrant over time.
Low Maintenance: Unlike wood, it never needs sanding, staining, or painting. It can be easily cleaned with just soap and water.
Resists Mould & Pests: The non-porous polymer surface repels water, preventing mould and mildew growth, and the composite material is naturally resistant to insect infestation.
