Bolt Down 'Z' Style Post - Powder Coated
These bolt down ‘Z’ Style Posts are designed to support the Corrugated Armco Beams, they are a cheaper alternative to our RSJ variants. The Z section measures at approximately 49 x 110mm (this potentially may vary) and are mounted on a 200mm x 200mm base plate which has hole centres of 150mm, 25mm from the edge of the base plate itself. They have been drilled for single rails at approximately 180mm from the top.
Designed for use in a range of locations such as car parks or factories for a range of applications, these posts are available in 3 different heights; 560mm, 610mm and 760mm.
Installing these posts is quick and easy, each has 4 predrilled holes in the base plate so that they can be secured with the use of ground anchor bolts.

Please note that these posts have not been tested for roadside applications and where a higher level of strength is required, we recommend our RSJ posts as they are capable of supporting more demanding systems.
Manufactured from high quality steel, these posts are then galvanised to the British standard prior to having a polyester powder coated (PPC) finish applied. This coating offers an extra weather resistant layer of protection which can last up to twenty years.
The Traffic Yellow (RAL1023) is a high visibility yellow colour which effectively improves the visibility of the Armco Z Posts once they have been installed.
We also have touch up sprays available in this RAL colour.
