With its wide span and high-security mesh construction, the Apollo® 1.8m x 4.5m Gate Kit provides an effective and adaptable solution for both vehicle and pedestrian access. Designed for long-term durability and ease of integration, this gate offers a practical way to manage entry in high-security environments without sacrificing visibility.
Manufactured from high-quality pre-galvanised steel and powder coated to BS 13438 standards, the Apollo® gate delivers excellent resistance against corrosion, wear, and impact. It is built with the strong 358 Prison Mesh configuration, renowned for its superior security properties. This 358 prison mesh dense layout makes it exceptionally difficult to climb or cut with standard tools, making it the ideal choice for areas requiring maximum protection against unauthorised access.
The generous 4.5m width of this gate allows access for service vehicles, delivery vans, maintenance machinery, and large groups of people, while the 1.8m height provides a substantial and effective security barrier. Whether installed at the entrance of a data centre, industrial site, or utility compound, the Apollo® gate ensures consistent performance and peace of mind.
Our Apollo® gates comply with the BS EN 12604 safety standard by incorporating a three-hinge system. This engineering requirement prevents gate failure in the event of a single hinge breaking, thus ensuring operational safety.

Its modular design includes a standard slider plate, which can be padlocked for basic security or upgraded to include digital access locks or quick-exit locks for enhanced control. The gate also features universal hanging, allowing it to be configured as either left-hand or right-hand opening, depending on site layout.
The Apollo® 1.8m x 4.5m Gate Kit is available with bolt-down or dig-in posts to suit your ground type. Bolt-down posts are ideal for concrete surfaces, while dig-in posts are better suited for softer ground like grass or soil.
Please note: Post mix or ground anchor bolts are not included and should be purchased separately.
