The Apollo® 2.4m High x 1.0m Wide 358 Mesh Pedestrian Gate Kit offers a high-security solution for areas requiring restricted pedestrian access. Engineered for strength and resilience, this gate integrates seamlessly with existing 358 mesh fencing to create a controlled and secure entry point for authorised individuals.
High-Security 358 Mesh Design
The 358 mesh, also known as prison mesh, is widely recognised for its anti-climb properties. Manufactured using horizontal and vertical wires, the mesh features tight apertures. These narrow openings make it nearly impossible for intruders to grip or climb, providing an added layer of physical security. At the same time, the mesh allows clear visibility for surveillance purposes.
Durable Powder-Coated Finish
This gate is protected with a high-quality polyester powder coating that gives it a professional appearance and added resistance to corrosion and weather damage. The coating ensures long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments, even under challenging weather conditions.
Flexible Installation Options
To accommodate various installation environments, this pedestrian gate kit is available with either Dig-In Posts or Bolt-Down Posts:
- Dig-In Posts are ideal for soft ground like soil or grass, offering deep anchorage.
- Bolt-Down Posts provide a solid fix to existing hard surfaces such as concrete.
Please note that post mix and anchor bolts are not included and should be purchased separately, depending on your installation type.
Secure & Adjustable Gate Mechanism
Designed for functionality and security, the gate includes adjustable hinges that allow for up to 180° of swing, ensuring ease of access. A sliding latch bolt keeps the gate firmly shut and can be secured with a heavy-duty padlock (available as an optional extra).
