Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gate 4.0m Wide With Vertical Infill And Partial Privacy
This is a partial privacy gate with a vertical, solid infill and a bell-curved top edge. Its modern, streamlined design is very pleasing to the eye and will work well with both a modern and more traditional house style, adding both privacy and security.
It is made from light weight aluminium so is reasonably simple to install and to operate. Aluminium has a rust resistance not found in some other metals and this aids it in enduring the variable weather that the UK experiences. It can also withstand salt corrosion so if you live on the coast, a gate made from aluminium is a good choice.
The Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gates have a polyester powder coating which gives them a superb, high-quality finish but also a level of protection from wear and tear and other damage that may occur when a product is in regular use. The standard colours are black or grey, however there's a range of non-standard colours available should you be looking for something different, please get in touch for details.
This gate is available in several heights, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.0m and 2.2m. If you were planning on automating your gate, the feet can be removed, again please get in touch to discuss customisation requests.
The aluminium gates are very low maintenance, they just need to be washed down periodically with soapy water to keep them looking as good as new. The Double Gates come with 4 wall-mounted hinges and 2 floor-mounted hinges. Allow an extra 50mm for the hinges. Posts are required if there is nothing to fix gate to and can be purchased separately. The lock and handle for the gate can be purchased as an add on for an additional price and it will be fitted to the gate before delivery.
These aluminium gates come with a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee (Ready Made Gates).
