Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gate 4.0m Wide Horizontal Infill
This is a full privacy Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gate made up of a solid horizontal infill and a flat top. It has a sleek, modern design and will add character and style, and of course privacy, to your property.
It is constructed from aluminium which is very versatile and light weight and has an innate resistance to rusting due to the aluminium oxide that forms when it meets the air. This is an excellent gate material that can withstand the harsh weather conditions that the UK often experiences. It actually becomes stronger in cold temperature too. This comes with a polyester powder coating that will give additional defence against damage and weathering and also will give it a very polished look that can only enhance its surroundings.
A very low maintenance gate, it only requires cleaning with soapy water and then a rinse, you can forget yearly painting or treating! It is also a very eco-friendly product as aluminium is readily recyclable.
The Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gate comes in heights of 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.0m and 2.2m. The width can be modified and the feet removed if you are planning on mechanising the gate, please get in touch to discuss customisation requests.
The Double Gates come with 4 wall-mounted hinges and 2 floor-mounted hinges. Please allow an extra 50mm for the hinges when you are taking your measurements. Gate posts are only necessary if there is nothing to fit to. If the gate is going between two walls, for example, they wouldn't be needed. The lock and handle for the gate can be purchased as an add on for an additional price and it will be fitted to the gate before delivery.
These aluminium gates come with a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee (Ready Made Gates).
