Please note that this product does not come with fixings. For assembly, use heavy-duty wood screws (like 6×90mm yellow zinc woodscrews, requiring a 5mm HSS pilot hole) or, for extra rigidity, M8 cup square hex bolts with M8 × 30mm repair washers, M8 nuts, and M8 dome nuts.

Applications

This rectangular profile plastic wood batten does not require painting or preserving and is ideal for building your wood plastic decking subframe.  It is ideal for edging, demarcation, spacing, racking and many other joinery uses.  Please note this is a highly flexible product and is not load-bearing if not supported.  Also available for your decking project are 100mm x 100mm x 3400mm, 50mm x 50mm x 3900mm, 100mm x 25mm x 3400mm, 100mm x 50mm x 3400mm and 125mm x 50mm x 3400mm profiles.
