This 3.0m x 5.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate, along with a Palisade Security Fencing system, is really useful if vehicle access is needed on site. With a width of 5.0m, the gate is wide enough to allow cars, small vans and forklifts to drive through. The installation of this palisade gate will enable you to manage the accessibility of your location, as well as keep it secure and safe from intrusion. There are two gate leaves which make up this palisade gate, which when closed together, merge with the surrounding palisade security fencing structure. To secure the gate in place you should slot the two drop bolts into the ground and shift across the sliding latch bolt. You can also provide your security fencing and palisade gate with further security through the addition of a Heavy-Duty Padlock, which can be obtained from the customisation section above.

You can use this palisade gate in various locations, although because of its 3.0m height it should be used mainly for areas that require a very high level of security. Before you begin the assembly of your security fencing and palisade gate you should take into consideration the type of ground on which the gate will stand, as this factor will ultimately establish which gate posts will need to be employed. Each type of post that we sell has different ground compatibilities, with Dig-In Posts designed for soft ground types and Bolt Down Posts designed for harder ground types. Post types can be chosen when placing your order.

With a high level of strength and stability, this 3.0m x 5.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate can offer great site protection. Made from cold rolled steel, the gate is extremely durable and robust. Each pale that appears within the palisade gate’s construction has been designed to prevent thieves and intruders accessing your premises. They have been moulded so that they adopt a ‘W’ shape profile, which effectively makes it hard for anyone to grip them. The top of each pale also features a Round, Round and Notched, Triple Pointed, Flat or Single Pointed style which helps to restrict anyone trying to climb over the palisade gate. Pointed pale types also help to deter intruders from attempting to scale the gate as they have a more imposing appearance and can be dangerous if crossed. This palisade gate is also galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standards. The purpose of this finish is to provide the steel with better protection from rust. You can also request your gate to have a Polyester Powder Coating finish which will effectively make the palisade gate more resilient to the effects of corrosion, as well as general wear and tear. This finish is available in a variety of RAL colours and will also transform your gate so that it becomes colourful and more visible in the location that it stands. Gate Kit

Your 3.0m x 5.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate will be supplied to you as a kit, where it will contain all of the necessary parts and fixings for construction. In your kit you will receive the correct quantity of posts, hinges, pales, drop bolts and fixing bolts, as well as one sliding latch bolt and the overall gate frame, which will fit into your Palisade Security Fencing System. Therefore, you will not be required to order each item individually. Postfix cement or ground anchor bolts are not included within any of the gate kits that we sell and should be added to your shopping cart if needed.
