2.0m EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit
The 2.0m EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit is designed for strength, durability, and sustainability, making it an excellent choice for securing perimeters and creating long-lasting fencing solutions. Featuring an innovative low-weld construction, this railing post is crafted from custom-cut, pre-formed steel components that are precisely pressed together, ensuring a robust and seamless connection within the railing system.
The EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit is fully compatible with our EnviroRail® Flat Top Railings. Whether you're looking to complete a fencing run or replace a damaged post, this kit provides a cost-effective and practical solution without requiring a full system replacement. Its modular design ensures easy integration into existing fencing layouts, making it ideal for various applications
Unlike conventional railing posts that rely on extensive welding, which can have a negative environmental impact, EnviroRail® railing posts are designed with a low-weld manufacturing method. This innovative approach significantly reduces welding while maintaining structural integrity, positioning it as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative.
Each post is crafted from pre-galvanised steel, providing superior resistance to corrosion and ensuring longevity even in harsh outdoor environments. To further enhance durability, every post is finished with a protective Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). This weather-resistant coating not only adds an extra layer of protection against rust and wear but is also available in a variety of RAL colours to suit different aesthetic preferences.
Dig-In & Bolt-Down Options
To accommodate various ground conditions, the EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit is available in two configurations:
- Dig-In Posts: Designed for soft ground installations, these posts can be securely anchored using post mix, creating a solid and stable foundation.
- Bolt-Down Posts: Ideal for hard surfaces like concrete, these posts include a pre-attached base plate, allowing them to be firmly secured using ground anchor bolts without the need for excavation.
