  Finish and Durability: To guarantee protection against the elements, each post is Galvanised Steel, finished in strict accordance with the ISO 1461 manufacturing standard. This process involves hot-dip galvanising, where the entire steel post is submerged in a bath of molten zinc. This creates a thick, metallurgically bonded coating that covers every surface, corner, and edge, offering superior corrosion resistance compared to standard paint or electroplating. Installation and Fixings

M8 x 100mm Flange Hex Head Wood screws. These essential fixings are used to securely fasten the horizontal timber rails of the acoustic panels directly to the steel post. This crucial step locks the panel into the post's channel, preventing it from being lifted or forced out and completing the integrated, secure perimeter. The system's design is also versatile, allowing for the creation of corners at any angle while maintaining SR1 compliance simply by installing two posts adjacently.
