2.1m High Standard Railing Post Kit

Designed to provide dependable support for 2.1m high vertical bar, bow top and ball top railing systems, our 2.1m High Standard Railing Posts are built for strength, durability and long-term performance. Suitable for a wide variety of perimeter fencing applications, these posts are ideal for both new installations and the replacement of existing or damaged railing posts.

To suit different installation requirements, the posts are available in either dig-in or bolt-down formats and can be supplied with a galvanised finish or an additional Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) finish.

Built to Withstand the Elements

Manufactured from premium-quality steel, each post is hot-dip galvanised to create a protective zinc coating that guards against rust and corrosion. This ensures excellent durability in exposed outdoor environments while keeping maintenance requirements to a minimum.

For projects requiring a coloured finish, our Polyester Powder Coated option provides an additional protective layer over the galvanised steel. This hard-wearing coating offers improved resistance to weathering and wear while delivering a clean, professional appearance that complements a range of landscapes and architectural styles.

Installation Methods

Dig-In Posts

Dig-in posts are designed for installation into soft ground where excavation is possible. The extended length is set into the ground and secured using post mix (sold separately), creating a strong, permanent fixing that is well suited to parks, schools, commercial premises and landscaped areas.

Bolt-Down Posts

Bolt-down posts are intended for fixing directly onto hard surfaces such as concrete, paving or existing foundations. Each post features a heavy-duty welded base plate, allowing it to be securely installed using ground anchor bolts (sold separately). This method is ideal where digging is not practical or where an existing concrete base is available.

Finish Options

• Galvanised: A hot-dip galvanised finish providing outstanding protection against corrosion with a durable silver appearance.
• Polyester Powder Coated (PPC): An additional powder-coated finish applied over the galvanised steel to improve weather resistance and provide a smart, low-maintenance appearance. Available in black, green, red, blue, grey and yellow.
