2.1m High Standard Bow Top Railing Kit

The 2.1m High Standard Bow Top Railing Kit is a strong and attractive solution for creating secure boundaries around parks, schools, gardens, playgrounds and other public or private spaces.

Manufactured from high-quality galvanised steel, these railings provide excellent strength, stability and long-term durability. The 2.1m height helps deter unauthorised access while the curved bow top design creates a softer, non-threatening appearance with fewer sharp edges.

Each kit includes a railing panel, post, support legs and all the required fixings. Dig-in and bolt-down post options are available, making the system suitable for a range of ground types. The railings can also be finished with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a choice of RAL colours.

Features & Benefits

The 2.1m High Standard Bow Top Railing Kit combines reliable perimeter protection with an attractive, practical design.

Each panel is manufactured using 20mm diameter steel tubes, bent to form the distinctive bow profile. The tubes are secured within the panel using two 10mm-thick horizontal bars, positioned along the bottom and 150mm from the top.

The panels are supported by 70mm x 70mm hollow box section posts, with two support legs included to provide additional strength and stability.

The galvanised steel finish provides a protective zinc coating that helps prevent rust and corrosion, making the railings suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Polyester Powder Coating

For a customised appearance and additional protection, the railings can be Polyester Powder Coated in a wide range of RAL colours. The professionally applied coating provides a smooth, durable finish while adding another layer of protection against weathering and corrosion.

If the coating becomes damaged during installation or through general wear and tear, it can be easily restored using our touch-up spray cans.

Post Options

The railing kits are available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts:

• Dig-in posts: Suitable for softer ground such as soil or grass. The longer posts are installed into prepared holes and secured using Post Mix.
• Bolt-down posts: Ideal for hard surfaces such as concrete where digging is not practical. The posts feature a pre-attached base plate with holes for securing them using ground anchor bolts.

• 1 x Bow Top Railing Panel
• 1 x Bow Top Railing Post
• 4 x Bow Top Railing Angle Cleats
• 6 x M10 x 30mm Bolts
• 2 x M10 x 90mm Bolts
• 8 x M10 Shear Nuts
• 2 x Support Legs

How to Install Your Panel

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the required location for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole if required.
4. Attach the cleat using the appropriate M10 Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut.
5. Attach the railing panel in accordance with the standard installation guidance.

Please note: Ensure the spacing relationships correspond with the existing hole centres on the posts.

Complete Your Railing With a Gate

Create a complete perimeter system with a matching Bow Top Railing Gate. Available in a range of sizes and single or double-leaf configurations, these gates provide convenient access for authorised pedestrians and vehicles.

Like the railing kits, the gates are available with dig-in or bolt-down posts and can be customised with a Polyester Powder Coating in a range of RAL colours.
