2.0m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Security Gate

This 2.0m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate is a great addition to a Palisade Fencing system as it will allow cars, small vans and forklifts to pass in and out of your site when required. At 5.0m wide, this Palisade Gate opens as a single leaf and is fastened shut with a sliding bolt. There is also a drop bolt to secure your Palisade Gate. The Palisade Gate enables a single lane of vehicle traffic to enter the site and then it effectively protects your premises when closed by merging with the rest of your Palisade Fencing. As this Palisade Gate possesses a height of 2.0m, it is more suitable for low security risk areas.

You can erect this Palisade Gate, along with your security fencing, in a range of locations and on a variety of different ground types. Dig-In Posts will be required for assembly on soft ground, whereas Bolt Down Posts should be used if you are erecting the Palisade Gate on a hard ground surface. This Palisade Gate is extremely dependable and can withstand high winds. The steel Palisade Gate can also be customised in a number of different ways so you can ensure that your security gate meets all of your requirements.

Features and Manufacture

Cold rolled steel is used to make this 2.0m x 5.0m Palisade Gate. By using a cold rolling process for gate’s manufacture, the Palisade Gate becomes lighter in weight, but it still retains its high strength. This Palisade Gate contains pales that each possess a ‘W’ shape profile. This helps to prevent climbing opportunities as their shape makes them tough to grip.

This Palisade Gate system is provided with a protective galvanised finish. This finish complies with the BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard and effectively makes the Palisade Gate more resistant to rust by the application of a zinc coating. Your Palisade Gate can also be provided with a Polyester Powder Coating finish, and this will supply the Palisade Gate with extra protection from corrosion and general wear, along with giving it a more colourful and brighter look.

All Palisade Gates will be supplied with the standard features of Triple Pointed Pales and a galvanised finish, although you may customise your Palisade Gate if you want to change these.

Gate Kit

We always supply 2.0m high Palisade Gates as a kit, which will include all of the required components for assembly. In this Palisade Gate kit you will receive palisade posts, palisade pales and a gate frame to fit into your Palisade Security Fencing System, plus hinges, sliding latch bolt, drop bolt and bolt fixings. You will need to purchase Postfix cement and Ground Anchor Bolts separately if required, as we do not provide these within our Palisade Gate kits.

You also have the option to customise your Palisade Gate when you place your order above. By selecting from a range of Post, Pale, finish or a Heavy-Duty Padlock options, you can tailor your gate to exactly how you want it to be.
