2.0m High Standard Railing Post Kit
Our 2.0m High Standard Railing Posts are purpose-built to provide secure support for 2.0m high vertical bar and bow top railing systems. Manufactured for strength, stability and long-term durability, these posts are suitable for a wide range of commercial, industrial and public realm applications, whether you're completing a new installation or replacing an existing post.
Available in both bolt-down and dig-in configurations, each post can also be supplied with either a galvanised finish or an additional Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) finish to meet the demands of your project.
Durable Steel Construction
Each railing post is manufactured from high-quality steel and hot-dip galvanised to provide exceptional protection against rust and corrosion. This proven finishing process creates a resilient zinc coating that helps the post withstand harsh weather conditions, making it an excellent choice for long-term outdoor installations.
For added durability and an enhanced appearance, our Polyester Powder Coated option applies a tough protective finish over the galvanised steel. As well as increasing resistance to the elements, the PPC coating provides a smooth, professional finish that requires very little maintenance throughout its service life.
Installation Options
Dig-In Posts
Dig-in posts are the ideal choice for installations into soil or other soft ground. The extended length is designed to be concreted into place using post mix (sold separately), creating a secure and permanent fixing suitable for landscaped areas, parks, schools and other outdoor environments.
Bolt-Down Posts
Where installation onto an existing hard surface is required, bolt-down posts offer a simple and effective solution. Featuring a welded base plate, they can be securely fixed to concrete, paving or foundation slabs using ground anchor bolts (sold separately), eliminating the need for excavation.
Finish Options
- Galvanised: Hot-dip galvanised to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance with a robust silver finish suitable for all outdoor environments.
- Polyester Powder Coated (PPC): A durable powder-coated finish applied over the galvanised steel, offering additional weather protection and a high-quality decorative appearance. Available in black, green, red, blue, grey and yellow.
